Built in the 1970s, this modern psychiatric facility replaced one set of wings of the Buffalo State Hospital with more contemporary facilities, and features multiple shed rooflines, a red brick exterior, and a low-slope roof on the central portion of the building. The building is one of the still-active psychiatric treatment centers on the grounds of the Richardson-Olmsted Complex.
