Built in the early 20th Century as an annex building for the adjacent Buffalo State Hospital, this red brick three-story Classical Revival-style building features a hipped roof, hipped dormers, a rusticated stone base, arched windows with two-over-two sash, a scar on the front facade of the first floor where a porch was removed, and a wall dormer above the central bays of the front facade with a casement window. The building is presently vacant and has signs posted on the outside that mark it as a structure that first responders are not to enter in the event of an emergency posted on the exter‹›
