Built in 1908, this Prairie-style house was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright for Edward E. Boynton, a businessman. The house was inhabited by Boynton and his daughter for its first ten years of existence, before being sold to a multitude of owners. Under its subsequent owners, it was modified, but the level of care was inconsistent, with the house going through periods of renovations and proper maintenance, as well as periods of neglect.
