The Second Stage Theatre building, at 681 Eighth Avenue on the corner of West 43rd Street in the Theatre District of midtown Manhattan, was originally built as for the Manufacturers Hanover Bank in 1927. It was converted into a theatre in 1999 by Rem Koolhaas and Richard Gluckman.
