Built between 2003 and 2006, this contemporary theater was designed by Ateliers Jean Nouvel and Architectural Alliance, and features a distinctive dark blue paneled facade. The ten-story building stands 167 feet tall, with three theater performance spaces inside, LED masts that can light up and display messages or visuals, and a 178-foot long, cantilevered “Endless Bridge” that extends towards the Mississippi River from the fourth floor over West River Parkway.
