Built in 1965-1969, this Modern skyscraper was designed by Fazlur Rahman Khan and Skidmore, Owings and Merrill to house the Chicago offices of the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company, as well as other corporate offices, a large parking garage at the base, approximately 700 residential condominiums, and retail space.
