The John Hancock Tower, now called 200 Clarendon Street, located off Copley Square in the quadrangle formed by Clarendon and Stuart Streets, St. James Avenue and Trinity Place, in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, Massachusetts, is a 60-story, 790-foot (240 m) skyscraper completed in 1976 and designed by Henry N. Cobb of the firm I. M. Pei & Partners.
